MISSION STATEMENT

My name is Jessica Graber and ever since I can remember I wanted to be one of the many few successful businesswomen in America. When I was seventeen year’s old I was an assistant manager to one of the top franchises, in the United States. My passion for management grew when I experienced the skills of leadership, planning, organizing, and decision-making. Not until I got to college did I really figure out a career that would be of interest to me. A career I would love to pursue would to be a top manager for a credible hotel. In my opinion, being a manager for a hotel would be the overall management experience. In hotel management you are faced with many different challenges, these challenges are what make a successful manager.

My personal goals for the hotel management industry would be to work for a high-end hotel for about ten to fifteen years to gain experience and skills. Once I have gained enough experience and professional skills I plan on working my way up to the top of the corporate ladder. My overall goal and dream job would be to have a career as a manager for a hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The city of Las Vegas is known for their extravagant hotels and luxury resorts and that is something that I would a hundred percent want to be a part of. To live and work in a city where your job makes up the elements of the city. I know to get to such a position and a chapter in my life the quality needed is hard work. Hard work is a quality that is rooted in me and with hard work comes success and success is something I strive after.
